What's Covered & For How Long
Coverage periods and conditions for each major component of your Intelli-Spray unit.
Bertolini Pump
Standard coverage is 6 months. Extended to 24 months when Quik Flush pump and tank cleaner is used from the date of first use. Evidence of usage must be provided on request.
Honda Engine
Honda engines carry Honda's own manufacturer warranty of up to 3 years. Register directly with Honda and direct all engine claims to your nearest authorised Honda dealer.
Radio Receiver
12-month warranty on all radio receiver models covering manufacturing defects. Excludes damage from immersion in liquid, physical impact, or exposure to corrosive chemicals.
Steel Frame & Skid Chassis
The powder-coated steel frame and skid chassis are warranted against structural defects for 5 years from delivery. Excludes surface coatings, corrosion, chemical or physical damage.
UV-Stabilised Poly Tank ★
Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for units ordered on or after 1 June 2026 — subject to registration within 14 days and continuous original ownership. Excludes incompatible chemicals, aftermarket coatings, and physical damage.
Kohler Diesel Engine
Kohler engines are covered by Kohler's own manufacturer warranty. Direct all engine warranty claims to your nearest authorised Kohler dealer. Refer to the Kohler Engine Manual supplied with your unit.

What Is Not Covered
- Damage from shipping mishandling, abuse, or accidents
- Normal wear consumables: O-rings, hoses, spray guns, nozzles, filter elements, drive belts, reel friction brakes
- Corrosion or damage to painted/anodised surfaces after delivery
- Unauthorised modifications, attachments, or repairs
- Damage from freezing temperatures to tanks, pumps, hoses, or filters
- Use of non-approved parts or accessories
- Transportation and insurance costs during any claim
What We Do
- Repair or replace any warranted part that fails due to defects in material or workmanship
- Cover parts and standard labour through authorised Dealers/Service Agents
- Uphold all applicable statutory rights in your jurisdiction
- Offer discretionary acceptance of late warranty registrations where reasonable cause is shown
- Provide free technical support for product selection and application questions
Authorised Service
Repairs must be carried out by Quik Corp or an authorised Intelli-Spray Dealer/Service Agent. Repairs by an unauthorised agent may void the warranty for any defect caused or contributed to by those repairs. Where genuine parts are available, Quik Corp strongly recommends their use for all warranted repairs.
Transportation of Products
Transportation to an authorised Dealer/Service Agent or to Quik Corp for warranty work is the Customer's responsibility and expense. If a Quik Corp technician attends your site, reasonable travel costs including travel time are payable by the Customer. All freight damage must be reported within 48 hours with photographs.

The Warranty Claim Process

Register on Delivery
Submit the Warranty Registration Form within 14 days of receiving your unit. Required to activate your lifetime poly tank warranty.

Identify the Defect
Read your Operating Manual before use. Identify the defect and document it with clear photographs. Report within 30 days of discovery where possible.

Submit Your Claim
Complete the Warranty Claim form with your details, description of the defect, photographs, and proof of purchase.

Repair or Replace
Your authorised Dealer/Service Agent will repair or replace the warranted component. Claims typically take 2–4 weeks depending on parts availability.
Statutory Rights
Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this warranty policy limits your statutory rights under applicable law in your jurisdiction.
Depending on where you are located, you may have additional rights under local consumer protection legislation. In Australia, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. In New Zealand, where the Product has been acquired for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. In all other jurisdictions, Quik Corp acknowledges that applicable local laws may confer additional rights upon you that cannot be contracted out of. This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, any such rights.

Intelli-Spray products carry a 12-month warranty on parts and workmanship from the Date of Delivery. Extended coverage applies: Bertolini pumps 6 months (extendable to 24 months with Quik Flush), steel frame 5 years, UV-stabilised poly tanks lifetime (when registered within 14 days and in original ownership).
Submit the Warranty Registration Online Form within 14 days of the Date of Delivery. Late registrations may be accepted at Quik Corp's discretion. Failure to register will not affect your 12-month base warranty but will result in forfeiture of the lifetime poly tank warranty unless a late registration is accepted.
Yes. The UV-stabilised polyethylene tank is warranted for the lifetime of the Product, subject to registration within 14 days of delivery and the Product remaining in continuous original ownership. Applies to units ordered on or after 1 June 2026. Does not cover incompatible chemicals, aftermarket coatings, or physical damage.
No. The warranty is personal to the original Customer and cannot be transferred. The lifetime poly tank warranty specifically requires the Product to remain in continuous ownership of the original Customer — if the unit is sold, hired, or transferred, the lifetime tank warranty is forfeited.
Honda and Kohler engines are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, not directly by the Intelli-Spray warranty. Register Honda engines directly with Honda and direct all engine claims to your nearest authorised Honda dealer. Kohler engines must be directed to authorised Kohler dealers.
Bertolini pumps have a standard 6-month warranty from the Date of Delivery. This extends to 24 months when you use Quik Flush pump and tank cleaner from the very first day of use. Evidence of Quik Flush usage must be provided on request.
Consumable items considered normal wear are not warranted, including: diaphragms, O-rings, hose seals, gaskets, filter elements, flow meters, clutches, drive belts, pivot pins, paint, batteries, reel friction brakes, switches, hose rollers, spray guns, and nozzles.
Transportation to an authorised Dealer/Service Agent or to Quik Corp is the Customer's responsibility and expense. If you request a Quik Corp technician to attend your site, reasonable travel costs including travelling time are also payable by the Customer.
All freight damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of the Date of Delivery. Unwrap and inspect your unit immediately and document all damage with photographs. Contact us at info@quikcorp.com.au as soon as possible.
