The most compact 12V UTV sprayer in the Intelli-Spray lineup.
The QS Range is purpose-built for operators who need reliable, efficient spraying in a package that fits any UTV or side-by-side. Its L-shaped UV-stabilised poly tank is the key design feature — providing easy arm-height access to the hose reels while reducing liquid surge when travelling over rough terrain.
Available in 200L, 300L, and 400L tank options, and in single or twin reel configuration. Independently powered by a Honda GX200 6.5 HP motor direct-coupled to a Bertolini PA430 diaphragm pump — ready to slide onto your vehicle and spray immediately.

L-Shaped Tank Design
The L-shaped UV-stabilised poly tank is the defining feature of the QS Range — positioning hose reels at arm height for easy access and reducing liquid surge when travelling over uneven terrain.
Honda GX200 Engine
A 6.5 HP Honda GX200 motor direct-coupled to the Bertolini pump provides consistent, reliable power. Available in manual or electric key-start configuration. Honda manufacturer warranty applies.
Bertolini PA430 Pump
Triple diaphragm pump delivering 40 L/min with adjustable spraying pressure — the same proven pump used across the full Intelli-Spray system range. Controlled via Karin 2-outlet pressure controller in bar and PSI.
QR100 Remote-Controlled Reel
Each reel position uses the QR100 — Intelli-Spray's compact remote-controlled reel with up to 100 m of 3/8" Supa-Slip® hose. Remote retraction is powered via Anderson plug connection to your vehicle battery.
Easy-Walk Spool System
The Easy-Walk Spool System simplifies walking out long hose lengths — reducing tangles and making single-operator use more manageable across wide areas or rough terrain.
Compact & Versatile Fit
The QS Range fits most UTV trays and side-by-sides — and is compact enough to fit between the wheel arches of a dual-cab ute. A built-in forklift recess and front drain make loading and emptying straightforward.

All three models share the same engine, pump, reel system, and L-shaped tank design. The difference is tank capacity — choose based on your run time, workload, and vehicle payload.
