The Quik Reel is Intelli-spray's compact, clutch-driven 12V remote-controlled hose reel, designed for smooth hose retraction, improved operator control and efficient spraying in space-limited setups.
Built with a durable 304 grade stainless-steel frame, the Quik Reel gives operators a practical way to upgrade from manual hose winding to powered remote-controlled rewind. Available in 50m, 100m and 200m configurations, it helps you spray further, retract faster and reduce fatigue during day-to-day field work.
With the smallest footprint in the Intelli-spray range, the Quik Reel is ideal for UTVs, ATVs, compact spray units and existing spray systems where space, weight and hose control are important.

Powerful 12V Motor
A clutch-driven 12V, 150-watt motor delivers smooth, snag-free hose retraction at 60 RPM with 13 Nm torque — even in dense vegetation and around tree lines. Includes a 30A resettable circuit breaker and 4-meter heavy-duty wiring loom with Anderson plug.
915 MHz Remote Control
Handheld transmitter lets the operator rewind hose from anywhere in the field without returning to the vehicle. Cover twice the area in the same amount of time — a genuine productivity gain for one-person operations.
304 Stainless Steel Frame
The entire framework is fabricated from 304 grade stainless steel for long-term corrosion resistance — critical for operators regularly using herbicide or agricultural chemicals in the field.
Maximum Flexibility
Fully reversible mounting with pivoting couplings allows the hose to be reeled in from either direction. An adjustable friction brake prevents overrunning for smooth, tangle-free operation.
Quik Release Drum Fitting
Tool-free Quik Release hose-to-reel drum fitting for fast connection and disconnection. Includes a manual on/off/momentary switch at the reel as backup, independent of the remote.
Drop-In Upgrade
Reel-only unit with a stainless steel slip-on framework — a straightforward upgrade for operators replacing a manual reel on their existing spray setup. No full system replacement required.
The Easy-Walk Spool System
The Easy-Walk Spool System is the latest advance in hose reel management from Intelli-spray. When operators need to walk long hose lengths through paddocks, fence lines or tricky terrain, Easy-Walk takes the strain out — feeding smoothly without bunching, kinking or catching.
Combined with the 915 MHz remote, one operator can walk out a full hose length and rewind from wherever they're standing. No return trip to the vehicle.

Both are heavy-duty twin reel spray systems with the same Bertolini PA530 pump and 2 × 200m hose capacity. The key difference is the motor: the 9TDE uses a GX270 Honda petrol motor, while the 9TBE uses a 9HP Honda petrol motor with electric key start. The 9TDE is often preferred for operations where diesel fuel availability is preferred over petrol, and is mine-spec compliant. Contact our team for a specific recommendation for your operation. Mechanical clutch reel drive (used on 9TDE, 9TBE, SDE models) draws power directly from the engine via a mechanical coupling. It's robust and reliable for heavy commercial use. 12V electric reel drive (Silver Series, QR100) uses the vehicle's or a dedicated 12V battery to power the reel motor — offering smoother, quieter operation and no engine running during reel rewind. For a standard pickup (F-150, RAM, Silverado etc.), the 5SDE or 9SDE single reel systems are popular due to their compact footprint on the truck bed. The FTB Locker System is purpose-designed for flatbed trucks with its weatherproof lockable enclosure. For maximum productivity with two operators, the 9TBE or 9TDE twin reel systems can also be fitted to larger truck beds or flatbed trailers.
