The 3PL Tractor System is a self-contained Intelli-Spray unit that mounts to your tractor via a standard 3-point linkage frame. Unlike boom sprayers that require PTO power, the 3PL system is independently powered by a Honda engine — meaning your PTO shaft remains free for other implements, and you're not limited by tractor compatibility.
With the added carrying strength of the tractor, you can run tank sizes up to 1000L (264 gal) with ease. Available in single or twin reel configuration — ideal for pasture maintenance, weed control, crop spraying, fence-line management, and boom applications across farms and rural properties.

The 3PL Tractor System brings all the proven components of the Intelli-Spray system range to your existing tractor — without PTO reliance, without a dedicated spray vehicle.
Honda Engine — No PTO Needed
Available with a Honda GX270 or GX160 OHV engine with electric key start. The Honda engine powers the spray pump independently — no PTO shaft connection required, leaving it free for other implements.
3-Point Linkage Frame
Steel base frame with 3-point linkage compatible with standard Category I and Category II hitches — covering most major tractor brands used in North America including John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, AGCO, and Kubota. Available in powder-coat or galvanised finish.
Bertolini Triple Diaphragm Pump
Bertolini PA530 or PA430 triple diaphragm pump with a Sting 3-outlet pressure controller with gauge — the same proven pump used across the full Intelli-Spray system range for consistent, reliable output.
Mechanically-Driven Twin Reels
Mechanically-driven reels mean you will never burn out the motor — with up to 200 m (656 ft) of 3/8" Supa-Slip® hose per reel, radio-controlled to rewind at the press of a button on a hand-held transmitter.
Large Tank Capacity
With the carrying strength of your tractor, the 3PL system supports tall UV-stabilised poly tanks in 500L, 700L, and 1000L (132, 185, and 264 gal) configurations — more capacity than most UTV and ute-mounted options.
Boom Compatible
The 3PL system is ideal for mounting boom sprayers and boomless jet kits for broadcast spraying of large paddock areas — the Honda engine delivers consistent pump output at scale for wide-area vegetation management.
Single or Twin Reel — Choose Your Setup
Both configurations use the same 3-point linkage frame, Honda engine, Bertolini pump, and tall UV-stabilised poly tank. The difference is reel count — one operator or two.
